102 Good Help is not Hard to Find 2009-07-06

Laura helping out by cooking

On our BIG trip to the mountains this summer to climb the Colorado 14ers, we asked some folks if they would join us. All that we asked, joined or are going to join us.

Nick drove out and was an immediate help as we arrived in camp late at night as he made water and helped us make camp.

Jon and Laura have been bending over backward to help us in every way. From finding campsites, keeping us fed, and watching the dog, they have made life much easier (they even bought us a big pizza on an especially hard day!) We would probably not even be close to our schedule if they were not taking such good care of us.

In the wings, Robin, Ray, and Monica will be joining us soon.

We could not do it without them. There is no way to express our gratitude except to say thanks to all of them.

Happy trails.
