I always eat a salad, apple, or grape,
Before I put on my Superman cape.

Eating my fruits and veggies help me to fly,
Fast as lightning I zoom across the sky.

It's easy to know that milk's my favorite drink,
It helps me run the mile faster than a blink.

And for dessert there's nothing like a banana,
To keep my strength all the way to Montana.
